*About the job*
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team.
*Your Impact:*
This position is responsible for collecting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements of current and proposed solutions to define project scope, and offer appropriate recommendations for both manual and automated processes.
The position also leads the integration and configuration of new insurance blocks to the administrative platform and works to resolve any system production issues.
*Successful Candidates Will Have:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study preferred
* Experience using Microsoft SQL, or other structured query languages
* Experience using Inspro preferred.
* 2-3 years Analyst experience
* Insurance experience in the life and health market or similar product markets preferred
* Experience supporting the use of 3rd party business applications
* Experience working with small volumes of data utilizing software tools to assist in the data analysis
