*POSITION SUMMARY:*
Under the direction of the Controller, the Administrative Specialist will provide assistance to staff, managers and senior-level officers through administrative tasks.
*ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:*
· Data Entry of production jobs into the production and ERP software.
· Run reports and import into Excel.
· Close production orders and audit job jackets.
· Reconcile invoices and create collections emails.
· Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
· Work with other department managers completing tasks.
· Support corporate management administrative needs, maintaining files, preparing correspondence and other related tasks, as directed.
· Sort and distribute mail, greet visitors and monitor automated phone system.
· Provide polite and professional communication.
*OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Other Administrative tasks, as assigned.
· Complete administrative projects, as assigned by management.
· Other related duties, as assigned.
*EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:*
High school diploma or equivalent and minimum three years of administrative or customer service experience.
*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*
· Computer skills – MS Office with basic Word/Excel,
· Ability to communicate, exchange information, access and interpret data in person and via telephone and computer,
· Service-oriented demeanor (friendly, courteous and helpful),
· Ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written),
· Ability to maintain security and confidentiality of data,
· Ability to effectively manage priorities to complete work in a timely manner,
· Detail orientation and a high level of accuracy,
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
· Ability to remain in a stationary position frequently with occasional movement around the office,
· Ability to occasionally position oneself to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 20 pounds,

*WORK ENVIRONMENT:*
The Administrative Specialist works in a clean, well-lit office environment with occasional exposure to shop elements such as moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and moderate to loud noise.

Pay: $22.
00 per hour
