*The McIntyre Center is looking to fill a full-time positions for Client Care Coordinators at our Burton* *location*.
The ideal candidates will possess strong independent skills while still seeking to be part of the family oriented team that makes the McIntyre Center a wonderful work environment.
*Responsibilities*

The ability to understand that our clients will struggle with intense emotions and you are able to demonstrate understanding of their struggle and present with compassionate care in a safe and supportive environment, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and appropriate boundaries.
· *Administrative support.
* You are able to enter information regarding client progress into computer database tracking systems, utilize technology for communication and support services, and assist clients with medication pass.
- Assist with screening guests, their belongings upon arrival
- Perform/assist with high temperature cleaning of guest belongings
- Conduct/assist with orientation paperwork for guest
- Facilitate/assist guests with medication inventory
- Facilitate orientation of the environment and getting guest into their room
- Coordinate, facilitate, engage and monitor the daily activities of guests living in sober living
- Oversee and complete required documentation for guests as they self-administer their medication
- Facilitate community meetings of the Sober Living environment
- Oversee guests at mealtimes
- Document client visitors
- Search new materials arriving for clients that come from family members, visitors
- Account for clients whereabouts at all times
- Perform room checks nightly and as needed
- Screen any food, materials arriving for guests
- Monitor any unusual circumstances/conditions of clients
- Respond to any emergency situation as needed
- Assist with meals and beverages as needed
- Assist guests in navigating government assistance programs
- Assist guest with various care appointments from scheduling to transportation
*Requirements*
· Working Knowledge of Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders
· Minimum 2 years’ sobriety·
High School, College Preferred
*Compensation*
· Commensurate to certification and experience
