PART-TIME BENEFITS: Flexible Work Schedule Paid Uniforms and Name Badges Employee Assistance Program ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicates with customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations Prepares, reviews, and processes warranty claims Follows up with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership Assist with accounting and payroll processes and duties Provides administrative assistance as needed Provides timely and accurate reports as required Performs other duties as assigned
