Summary
The Bright Beginnings Administrative Assistant serves as the front office leader for Bright Beginnings.
They support the purchasing process, act as the facilities liaison, take the lead on record-keeping, and manage Bright Beginnings main office inventory.
The Administrative Assistant provides limited support to the Director & Finance and Human Resources Manager.
As assigned they assist with audits and special projects and provide backup support to the administrative team.
Experience Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities)

Minimum three years related work experience including administrative support.

Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications (i.
e.
word processing, electronic spreadsheets, and presentation software), email applications, and internet usage.

Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
4.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgment in handling information and records.
5.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments.
6.
Ability to establish and maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system and office procedures.
7.
Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
8.
Must be self-motivated, proactive and solution focused.

Ability to express self effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Ability to tactfully and effectively deal with public, staff and patrons.
