The Administrative Assistant will sit at the front of the office and will be responsible for operational support for the company.
This includes greeting visitors, answering phone lines, providing support as needed in other departments, and support CEO as needed.
Respond to internal and external customer needs in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Core Responsibilities:
Provides administrative/secretarial support for the department/division such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries
Creating spreadsheets, managing CRM databases, preparing presentations as needed
Assists CEO and/or management with various projects assigned
Maintain and update various online documentation in Salesforce and HR systems.
Order necessary office supplies as directed by upper management
Managing all mail – incoming and outgoing
Managing and scheduling appointments as requested
Create and maintain the monthly sales schedule as requested
Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Two years of experience in a secretarial or administrative / receptionist position
Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
High School Diploma (OR) GED Equivalent
MS Office Proficiency, data entry skills, database management
Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance and be punctual
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in related field, preferred
(2+) Years of Home Improvement Industry experience
Experience using CRM systems, salesforce is preferred
