```Responsibilities``` - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods - Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as diapering and toilet training - Monitor children for signs of emotional or developmental issues - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment -Supervise team members in daily operations management ```Experience``` - Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred - Experience in education administration or higher education teaching is a plus - Familiarity with child development principles and best practices - Ability to create engaging and educational activities for children of various ages - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues If you have a passion for working with children and want to contribute to their growth and development, we would love to hear from you.
