Lead Teacher, Preschool-Prekindergarten

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Provide literacy education and support to children - Conduct tutoring sessions to enhance learning outcomes - Ensure the welfare and safety of all children in the classroom - Manage and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and events - Utilize behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior - Provide early intervention and support for children with special needs - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress Qualifications: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field - Previous experience working with children in an educational setting - Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices - Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively educate and engage young learners - Experience in toddler care is preferred but not required We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
