Preschool Teacher
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans for preschool children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and respect.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom materials, and keep accurate records.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a supportive learning environment for young children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education techniques.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of individual children.
- Proficiency in creating engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects such as math, language arts, science, art, music, and physical education.
