\* A love for children and a strong desire to positively impact their lives.
\* The ability to establish relationships with families and coworkers and build a dynamic environment where play and learning happens everyday!
\*Willingness to learn and meet new people!
\* High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
\*1 year or more of Early Childhood Education experience is preferred, but we welcome those that are beginning thier journey in our field as well.
\*minimum 18 years of age
\*ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage with children down on their level and well as engage in both indoor and outdoor activities.
