CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills
Provide exceptional customer service
Answer phones and help the customer through any questions or concerns they may have
Respond promptly to customer service calls and email inquiries
Maintain proper communication with Sales Rep for approvals
Approve and print orders over budget
Provide customers with information about products and services
Resolve customer problems and complaints
Process customer orders and returns
Reach out to customer to obtain any missing orders by deadline
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Run reporting as requested
Any additional tasks that may be requested by manager
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening
Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning
Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications
Demonstrate strong teamwork.
