* Update customers on the status of their orders and any changes or delays.
* Assist in creating and updating FAQs and support documentation.
* Operations:
* Oversee the daily operations related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
* Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
* Process orders, prepare shipments, and manage returns in accordance with company policies.
* Conduct regular inventory audits and update inventory management systems to ensure accuracy.
