*Summary: *
The Insurance Client Service Representative is responsible for providing critical support to the Client Services Manager and National Program Manager.
They will be an expert on system accuracy as well as the accuracy of issued policies and endorsements.
In this role, attention to detail and a strong customer service focus is essential.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Responsible for day-to-day servicing of accounts under the direction of the National Program Manager and Client Services Manager.
* Endorsement processing, certificates of issuance, policy creation and review.
* Serve as advisor and technician for the Client Service team.
* Completes follow through processing of account changes in a timely manner.
* Initiates appropriate correspondence with carriers and clients.
* Proficient in all McGowan software platforms through training and mentorship (EPIC, C1).
* Secure documentation required that must be retained by the agency; including signed applications, rejection of coverage, and bind requests; mitigates probability of Errors & Omissions Liability.
* Follow company procedures with respect to essential duties and responsibilities.
* Required to document client management system on all tasks including dropping important emails into client management system and updating applications within the client as necessary.
*Education and Experience:*
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience working as a Client Services Representative (preferred).
* P&C insurance experience (preferred)
*Key Competencies:*
* In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance products and policy lines.
* Friendly and professional demeanor.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
* Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
*Job Type:* Full-time, 40 hours a week
*Schedule:* 8:15am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

*Work Status:* Mainly remote with in-office requirements during peak renewal season (January – March)
