This program exposes you to our Cleveland, OH headquarters/manufacturing facility environments and focuses on:

participant you can expect to:
Develop your decision-making skills through various projects and daily tasks
Gain real-world experience as well as practical knowledge through a blended learning approach
Receive guidance from an experienced Success Partner in each rotation
R.
I.
S.
E focuses on our Account Management, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
This 18-month commitment consists of three, 6-month rotations within one facility.
Each of the below rotations contains two capstone projects that will exposure you to various executive leaders.
Upon successful program completion, you will be welcomed into one of these three departments.
Account Management Specialist Rotation
Work with customer inquiries, partner with outside sales to drive our strategic vision; increase customer retention; and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure operational excellence.
Operations Specialist Rotation
Help maintain production work order flow/inventory accuracy in 8 different departments.
You will also coordinate efforts with key departments to provide superior internal/external customer service.
Supply Chain Specialist Rotation
Gain first-hand experience working with Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
Focus areas will include supplier involvement, chain operations, and product distribution.
Qualifications:
Your education, desire to learn the business, customer-centric approach, need to resolve issues, technological aptitude, and teamwork makes you a good fit for this program.
The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate strong analytical/problem-solving skills and be able to manage priorities.
Have a track record of effective written and verbal communication skills.
Possess proven ability to take initiative and drive for results.
Be a recent business-oriented program graduate or transitioning from military service.
Have experience in operations or practical internship work experience in manufacturing.
