*Who You Are*
As a Customer Service Representative, you are part of our post-sales support team – you will connect with our customers to address questions and resolve issues to ensure a great experience every time.
*Job Description:*
· Must maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
· Work on a team to build meaningful relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
· Confirming that customers are satisfied with products.
· Assist with answering phones, inputting data, following up with customers and administrative duties.
· Working with a team and other departments to find appropriate solutions, as needed.
*Skills candidate must possess:*
· Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
· Ability to communicate effectively over multiple channels (phone, email, etc.
).
· Strong attention to detail.
· Interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Ability to problem solve independently.
· College education and previous office experience preferred, but not required.
