A litigation support company, headquartered in Fairview Park, specializing in the retrieval of medical records and other documents for the purpose of claim evaluation and litigation is seeking an articulate, well organized, detail oriented and reliable professional to become a productive full-time or part-time team member in our Mail and Quality Control Center as well as our Customer Service and Operations Department.
These are all entry-level positions with room for growth.
Mail Clerk and QC position responsibilities include preparation and processing of incoming mail, including incoming electronic documents, reviewing, and conducting quality control on all incoming documents, data-entry, etc.
Customer Service responsibilities include outgoing follow-up calls and e-mails, data-entry, etc.
The candidate must be comfortable on the phone for several hours per day and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Operations Department responsibilities include Internet research, data-entry, preparation
and processing of legal documents, etc.
The ideal candidate for all openings must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
