This position is full time, 40 hours per week.
*Responsibilities:*
* Field customer calls (via multiple phone line system) and fulfill requests for pricing, availability, and product details
* Field time-sensitive calls from our team of sales representatives quickly and efficiently
* Enter detailed customer orders while ensuring accuracy
* Fulfill customer sample orders according to deadlines, packed securely and addressed accurately
* Fulfill sample requests
*Essential Requirements:*
* Experience in a customer-focused role
* Outstanding communication and listening skills
* Ability to work independently and make confident, well-informed decisions, as well as the ability to communicate clearly with a team to finish projects
* An energetic, professional, and positive attitude to present to customers and staff
* High school degree or equivalent
* A history of excellent work attendance
* Basic math skills, data entry skills, sales aptitude
* Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving market via product knowledge and customer engagement
* Must know Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Computer proficiency a major plus.
* Understanding of FedEx and UPS software a plus.
* Understand project deadlines and adjust priorities accordingly
* Problem solve with customers and sales representatives on a daily basis
