Job Description: Customer service representatives will be our customers’ primary point of contact.
The duties and responsibilities of a CSR/Dispatchers include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers (quotes), identifying customers’ issues (plumbing or HVAC) and booking the job accordingly.
What we are looking for in this Role: Our CSRs/Dispatchers will act as a liaison, service information, answer questions, resolve any emerging problems that our customer may be facing and help book their job on the correct technician to help resolve the customers issues.
The best CSRs/Dispatcher are genuinely excited to help customers.
They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills.
Customer feedback is priceless.
Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists.
They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
Responsibilities: - Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls - Open new customer accounts - Identify issues and book the job accordingly.
- Be able to build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - Be able to build sustainable relationships and trust with fellow office staff/ technicians through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and processes - Take the extra mile to engage customers - Data entry of customer information Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
