We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

*Responsibilities:*
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and database systems and process paperwork.
- Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and or company software.
- Retrieve records associated with requests or inquiries, and route to proper persons.
- Enter, retrieve, update, verify, and delete information from manual and electronic files.
- Operate standard office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, postage machine, voice mail systems, and desktop computers.
- Answer directed phone call and provide customer service support.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate to proper customer service department.
- Assist in system processing of customer accounts activity.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum Education: High School Graduate/GED
- General office experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Computer skills including working with Excel, Word and Adobe and saving to files.
Skills and Capabilities Required:
· Knowledge of general office practices.
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
· Knowledge of correct English usage and grammar.
· Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy, completeness, and format.
· Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
· Ability to follow, apply, interpret, and explain instructions and/or guidelines.
· Ability to determine work priorities.
· Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
· Ability to communicate effectively.
· Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports.
· Ability to operate standard office equipment.
· Ability to function in often changing, busy office environment.
· Must be cooperative and able to work as part of a team.
