Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch) or 9:30am-6:00pm (with ½ hour lunch)
**You must work in office for the 1st year then after it will be a fully remote position.

What you will be doing:
Our team endeavors to keep Transfer Express competitive.
We do this by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in our greatest asset, our employees.

Assists customers with entry of orders and re-orders.
Resolves customer questions and problems, or properly refers them to appropriate personnel.
Responsible for effectively performing miscellaneous customer service functions including related records, reports, and documentation.
Accountable for establishing and maintaining professional working relations with customers.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relations, communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule- 9:00am-6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch) or 9:30am-6:00pm (with ½ hour lunch); Non-exempt
Training:
Training is virtual for 4-6 weeks.
Then it is required to work in the office for 6 months after training.
