Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
Position Summary:
Customer Service Representative manages customer queries and complaints.
Employees will also be asked escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
To do well in this role employees will need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Mailroom duties performed to process and distribute incoming mail.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma, general education degree equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven customer support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.
