Responsibilities:
Call Center Support:
Handle incoming calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by callers in a professional and courteous manner.
Patient Registration:
Greet patients and visitors upon arrival and assist with the registration process.
Collect and verify patient information, including demographic details and insurance coverage.
Ensure all necessary forms and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
Scheduling:
Manage appointment scheduling for healthcare providers, including coordinating availability and confirming appointments with patients.
Utilize scheduling software to maintain accurate records and manage appointment calendars.
Follow up with patients to reschedule appointments as needed and maintain appointment waitlists.
Assisting Healthcare Professionals and Patients:
Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including preparing patient charts, updating medical records, and coordinating referrals.
Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork, understanding insurance coverage, and navigating healthcare processes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure a seamless patient experience and resolve any issues or concerns.
