The Client Services Liaison is responsible for managing the relationship between the business and the client by leveraging customer service skills to ensure the satisfaction of the client.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
Maintains and develops new and existing client relationships.
Act as point person for all client questions and concerns and resolves complex client issues timely.
Services all client accounts in accordance with client expectations and within firm policies and procedures.
Works with client and internal departments to suggest changes and implement process improvements in order to meet the contractual obligations of the client.
Maintenance of client required reporting, correspondence and documentation.
Maintains and looks for ways to improve the flow and integrity of internal processes.
Places priority on client retention, client satisfaction, client/firm profitability, and extended service offerings.
Maintains thorough understanding of the creditors’ rights industry, our clients’ objectives and strategies.
Confers with clients and firm representatives to resolve complaints.
Complete all required training applicable to assigned position.
Additional duties as requested or required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
1 year experience working with clients or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Highly proficient in MS Office and Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, etc.
Excellent customer service skills and problem solving abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent mathematical skills.
Strong ability to write accurate and professional meeting minutes documenting discussion and commitments.
Good time-management skills and ability to work under deadlines – excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Able to type 40 WPM, with accuracy
Skill in investigative research to resolve issues
The ability to deal with a variety of customer issues in an appropriate and professional manner
Ability to periodically assess customer satisfactions and maintain satisfaction level for the client
