*Administrative Tasks:* Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining customer records in our database.
*Cash Handling:* Accurately handle cash transactions and provide receipts when necessary, following company policies and procedures.
*Maintain Cleanliness:* Ensure the customer service area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials for a smooth operation.
*Compliance:* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including privacy and security protocols.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
* Prior customer service experience is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software/tools.
