We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team!
What You Will Do:
The Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Answer incoming calls in response to customer contact.
Assist existing and potential customers with policy interpretation claims, and premium/billing related issues
Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular Policy Holder is covered by insurance
Compare /Review Policy information with Customer, respond to the inquiry and/ or stated understanding from Customer to ensure that appropriate information is provided.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
High school diploma required.
Associate Degree or higher preferred.
2 years of customer service experience in a big volume call center environment.
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow complex procedures accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
Excellent customer service and professional phone skills required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
