We’re looking for our next teammate, a proven client relations and digital marketing professional who will be a part of our high level Customer Success team.
What You Will Do
Work closely with customers to deliver business goals and digital marketing success.
Ensure that customers are leveraging the BrightEdge solution to deliver business value across all levels of their company.
Develop trusted relationships with decision makers in each account, understand their strategic goals, and develop performance plans to partner on these goals and ensure positive ROI.
Understand level of platform adoption and assess the risk in renewing existing contracts.
Grow usage of BrightEdge within each account
Platform training and enablement, as well as digital marketing/SEO consulting and collaboration with customers
Work with your assigned Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to meet retention and upsell goals.
Develop new materials - presentations, best practices, roll-out plans, QBRs.
Other duties as assigned.
What It Takes To Be Successful
A bachelor's degree is required, master's degree preferred.
Passions for Digital Marketing/SEO, Technology & Analytics, and Client Service for large accounts
10+ Years of experience working in account management, client service, customer success or consulting i
Experience owning a book of business comprised of enterprise-Level accounts, and demonstrated success identifying renewal and expansion opportunities, and retaining an existing book of accounts.
Ability to run customer sessions independently, setting strong agendas and executing post-session follow up
Strong presentation skills and credibility with senior executives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability work and thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented, hands-on environment.
Thorough understanding of digital marketing
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, from POC to Executives.
Preferred: Marketing SaaS or Agency experience
Preferred: experience evangelizing a marketing channel and doing discovery of marketing goals and needs
Preferred: experience driving technology/platform adoption and usage
Preferred: working technical knowledge of SEO
Located in: New York City NY, Cleveland Ohio, San Francisco CA, Chicago IL or the Greater Kansas City area
