We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our customer operations team in a senior-level sales support role.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Customer Service/Sales support professional with a service mindset who is looking to take their career to the next level.
We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable co-leading account management in a manufacturing line of business.
The right person for this role will partner with an Account Executive, division Vice President, and Sales Managers to support sales objectives and provide world-class service to existing and prospective customers.
As a team member in our customer operations department, the top candidate will be an active contributor to the company’s long-term vision for success.
Essential Functions
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create superior customer service experiences at all points of the business cycle: product inquiry, pricing requests, order entry, order fulfillment, problem resolution.
Understand the customers’ needs and communicate those needs effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
Interact with sales team, providing support to company sales personnel, distributors, and manufacturing representatives.
Oversee and provide personal attention to high-value accounts.
Prioritize work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Process orders accurately in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to convert units of measure.
Understand international and domestic freight methods.
Strong knowledge of internet navigation.
Interact daily with customers and colleagues via phone, email, and fax.
Ability to navigate ERP and CRM systems.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 800 a.

to 5:00 p.
m.
(Subject to change based on business demands.

Travel
Some travel may be required.
Required Education and Experience
An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
Five (5) plus years of experience working in a Customer Support role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus).
Working knowledge of shipping methods and terms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to work with energy, assertiveness, and professionalism.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
