Front Desk Clerks provide a friendly, supportive presence and connection for tenants, visitors and service personnel while monitoring the building for problems and any safety concerns.
Duties include observing all incoming and outgoing building traffic, enforcing the visitor sign-in-process, participating in fire and evacuation training, preparing incidents reports, working with on-call staff in event of a crisis, completing a written report at the end of each shift, and more.
Qualified applicants should have excellent communication skills, Knowledge of basic first aid, high school diploma or GED and basic literacy skills, ability to work in a team-focused structure, experience working with homeless and low-income individuals, ability to produce consistent results with minimum supervision, and ability to muti-task.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
