Customer Service Intern
This internship role will assist with Customer service tasks for GM Industrial LLC, based in Oakwood Village, Ohio.
We are an established but growing manufacturer and distributor of high quality industrial and institutional chemical formulas.

Seeking a motivated Customer Service Intern with a drive for excellence and delivering exceptional service.
Possessing a comprehensive background in customer service, record keeping, data entry and other related fields.
This is a great opportunity to leverage newly acquired skills to support an employer in achieving customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Will learn to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Works closely with other departments such as sales, manufacturing, and shipping to maintain order accuracy and track product availability.
Will learn how to process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and international order paperwork.
Will learn how to collect orders over the phone, through email and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and occasionally on paper and enters order information into the ERP system.
Position Requirements
Currently enrolled in a 4-year College/ University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Ability to effectively deploy all sourcing-related policies, procedures, and methodologies.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products.
Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and business partnering skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and process-focused environment, driving for continuous efficiency and improvement.
