Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative who is advanced in excel, advanced in word, proficient in Microsoft Office, innovative, collaborative, driven, growth-oriented, technical, results-driven, and has excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and have 3-5 years of experience in customer service and sales.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Process sales orders and returns accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in customer service processes
Use advanced excel and word skills to create reports and documents
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Assist in marketing and promotional material generation.
Generate and maintain sales reports through internal systems and Microsoft Excel.
Generate and cultivate new leads through data mining, cold calls, webinar and web inquiries.
Develop and maintain product and market knowledge to leverage Radix capabilities and grow sales.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in customer service and sales
Advanced skills in excel and word
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Innovative and collaborative mindset
Driven and growth-oriented
Technical skills to navigate various software and systems
Results-driven with excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Qualifications:
Associate Degree and/or minimum of 3-5+ years of sales or customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Advanced in Excel and Word and Microsoft Outlook
CRM and ERP experience (Syteline a plus)
Manufacturing experience is a plus
