Position Overview
The Team Lead Front Desk oversees the first organization to greet Guests who come to Sky Zone.
The organization must always show enthusiasm and friendliness.
The Team Lead Front Desk must exhibit the ability to deliver a memorable Guest experience whether at the counter or on the phone.
In addition, the front desk is expected to know all relevant "real time" information regarding Sky Zone and have the ability to effectively explain detail to the Guest.
This type of information includes (but is not limited to):
• Membership Tiers and program elements
• Price for all services and products offered
• Features and Benefits of products, promotions, and programs
• Details of our waiver policy
• Park Attractions and events
• "Real time" court availability information
• Park hours of operation
Job Responsibilities
• Create memorable Guest Experiences
• Assist with staff duty delegation- Team Leads are responsible for running the parks when managers are not present.
• Complete incident reports.
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Coordination of birthday parties and events.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.
• Assist in managing inventory weekly.
• Responsible for coordinating opening and closing park procedures.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Help maintain a clean environment; various janitorial duties will apply.
• Greet Guests
• Be a "Membership Ambassador"
• Effectively upsell the Guest to promos/promotions
• Accept valid Sky Zone waivers
• Complete sales transactions
• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Provide information about Sky Zone to Guests
• Enter data into the computer system
• Various filing duties
• Stock front desk supplies
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1-2 Years of prior team lead Experience
Retail sales experience highly desired
Customer Service experience preferred.
Great Leadership and motivational skills required.
Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
Is able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
