Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is an important position in the WSP business.
This position functions as a liaison between the customer and the company.
It is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships through quality service, problem resolution, product knowledge, relationship building, and strong communications.
Highly successful employees in this position: love to work with people, are independent problem solvers, and value working in teams.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
They will seamlessly fit into our open, team environment and have a kind and respectful demeanor with all customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities
Satisfies our customer’s needs over the phone and through email.
Responds to customer questions posted on our website.
Is pleasant and friendly when handling all customer communications.
Has a positive and professional attitude when helping customers through difficult situations.
Answers product questions, takes customer orders and upsells where appropriate.
Contacts customers proactively to resolve customer service challenges.
Participates in improvement programs that elevate the quality of care we provide our customers.
Develops fun and unique recipes that our customers will utilize.
Requirements
Candidates must have computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet proficiency demonstrated through the navigation of websites, search programs and online research.
Must also have the ability to quickly become proficient with company proprietary and software systems.
High degree of empathy and a strong desire to help solve problems and find solutions for customers
Previous customer service experience desired.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
High school education or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
Required to sit for long periods and manage stress in a fast paced environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
