As a Guest Services Administrator within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH.
Job Description Administers the day-to-day activities associated with the conference center, executive floor and board room.
Coordinates all activities associated with the conference center, executive floor and board room, including greeting guests, scheduling rooms, maintaining acceptable appearances, coordinating food service, and setting up/breaking down for special events.
Provides concierge services as needed.
Coordinates the daily delivery of all amenities and the overall physical appearance of facilities in a highly professional manner.
Sets standard for providing warm, sincere and engaging service for all end users.
Anticipates all end user needs and resolves problems quickly and efficiently.
Is an advocate providing highest level customer service.

Internal Resource Coordination – Knowledge of the techniques, tools and applications associated with coordination of internal resources; ability to synchronize and integrate activities, responsibilities, and command and control structures to ensure that internal resources are used most efficiently in pursuit of business objectives.
Managing Multiple Priorities – Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Problem Solving – Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Scheduling Work and Activities – Knowledge of the schedule creation process; ability to develop and maintain a workable schedule to accomplish the overall goals of day-to-day operations.
Work Experience Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
