As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide order management and technical product support for PPG Architectural Stores and direct customers.
You will ensure orders are processed in an organized and accurate manner through multiple ERP systems and guarantees that, important follow up is achieved.
Responsibilities will include transacting orders in multiple ERPs manually and through EDI, answering internal/external customer inquiries by phone or email to include product support, MSDS and COA requests, track and trace, following up with customers on order delays and issues, communicating across multiple PPG SBU’s and responsibilities to protect service and requirements.
Key Responsibilities • Build excellent customer service by handling customer issues, offering solutions and ensuring issues will be resolved as complete and quickly as possible.
• Working with the PPG network of varying supply chains, sales teams and the customers to make certain issues or inefficiencies are resolved.
• Ensure cut off and lead times are managed, and all orders/correspondence meet the established service levels.
• Resolve customer and item set-up across multiple ERP systems.
• Completes CAIRs, credits, rebills and other adjustments promptly.
• Sources orders to the correct sourcing/manufacturing location, adjusting to meet customer expectations.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding products and their related application.
• Respond to all team members on potential product issues; act as a gatekeeper for Product CAIRs ensuring they are entered and routed correctly resolved.
Qualifications • 3 or more years B2B Order Management experience.
• Oracle or SAP ERP knowledge desired.
• Experience in time management, attention to detail, organizational and capabilities • Have a strong ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
• A team player and to provide superior customer service.
• Be able to multitask.
