HHA/Caregiver

Duties: - Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes - Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing client's living space - Assist with medication reminders and ensure proper administration - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation - Follow established care plans and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a home health aide or caregiver preferred - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Ability to cook and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or special needs - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Familiarity with medical documentation systems is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
