*Key Objective*: Responsible for generating sales by delighting our clients in all interactions, maintaining store/visual presentation and adhering to operational standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Greet, engage, and determine customer’s needs in the store to ensure we create a customer focused environment that provides outstanding service.
* Take pride in achieving personal selling goals and contribute to the store achieving growth goals.
* Influence customer buying decisions, by communicating information about the quality, value and style of product and service.
* Nurture leads with meaningful follow-up communications
* Receive and confirm incoming orders from clients and maintain client files.
*What are we looking for?*
* An enthusiastic person motivated to grow with the company.
* Experience in Sales/Retail sales with excellent client engagement skills.
* Experience working with granite, marble, jewelry, countertops, kitchen cabinets and similar related fields is a plus, but not necessary.
* A desire to help our client commemorate their loved ones
* Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to excel in a multi-tasking environment.
* Ability to supervise projects and ensure successful completion
* Microsoft Word/Excel/Google Sheets basic skills.
* Willingness to learn how to design using CAD program.
