Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of closing new business by cold calling, identifying target market leads through referrals and national association relationships Create a strategy to convince prospects of their need to learn more about our services Conduct various in-person and virtual meetings with prospects including initial Discovery meetings, presentations, closing and transition meetings Build initial relationships with decision makers and secure referrals Create customer waste management solutions to facilitate closing the sale Relationship management with clients after the transition on an as needed basis Report on status of new accounts and pricing strategies Set and track new account targets, aligned with company objectives Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Establish positive, professional relationships with prospects, customers, vendors, and co-workers Execute timely follow up on quotes, orders and services Ability to work through situations with both potential customers and vendors Handle contracts and negotiations with both potential customers and haulers Maintain our CRM database of contact information for tracking and follow up Requirements: Minimum two years of Outbound sales experience required Highly organized, displays time management skills Effectively communicate industry-specific knowledge Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Highly coachable and able to adapt to change Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism Proficient in the use of software and systems to support your client management efforts Ability to thrive in an environment that is scaling quickly
