00 per hour plus tips (tips are for parlor locations) Hours Requirement: 10-20 (more or less) hours per week that includes weekend hours.

Job Requirements Previous retail experience a PLUS! Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, and walking the entire shift and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds.
Welcome and greet customers as they enter our store.
Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers.
Answering customers questions and concerns regarding product.
Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
Upsell when appropriate; promote current sales & promotions.
Maintain a clean and tidy work and retail space.
Help create a positive environment for customers to shop.
Work as a team to achieve sales goals.
All other duties assigned by Manager, Assistant Manager & Sr.
Sales Associates/Keyholders.
Qualifications Malley’s hires starting at 16 years of age, must have a work permit.
Computer literate; familiar with using POS systems.
Must be able to work a minimum of 10- 20 hours a work which includes weekends.
During our peak seasons retail sales associates are expected to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) Physical Requirements/ADA: Ability to use all store equipment registers and PC is required.
Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks/tables, ladders, and other assigned supplies.
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
