Browns vs Jags Row 6, 2 Seats + Parking next to the stadium - $350 (Chardon)

My season tickets are in Section 127, Row 6, Seats 3-4.
This is a row of only 8 seats so it is super easy to get in and out of the row.
I also have parking in the West 3rd lot which is right next to the stadium.
When the game ends it takes less than 2 minutes to be on the highway.
There isn't better parking for a game.
Asking $150 per seat and the parking at face value is $50.
You will pay that and have to walk 3 blocks and deal with traffic when leaving.
My parking you pull right out.
So in summary, $350 for 2 tickets and the parking.
